Now that we are halfway through 2013, were you able to keep your New Year’s Resolutions? Was one of your resolutions to start going to the gym, do your first 5k, or perhaps be more organized? If you haven’t started, it’s not too late! Being organized, whether it be at home or the office is an easy goal that doesn’t require any money, and is relatively painless. Perhaps you’ve created some complicated filing system to store all your important documents by subject matter, and e-mails. Sure it’s convenient at the time, but what about that one time where you need to quickly find that e-mail with the signed rental contract, or the authorization to proceed on that service order. Of course you can never find it when you need it. Some of you printed it out and filed it in that customer’s folder, along with the hundreds of other documents in the folder. Others of you might have moved that e-mail into a folder for the customer, and are trying to do a keyword search to find it.
If only there was some way that we grab that e-mail and “file” it in the business management system, so it will always be where we can quickly find it. Oh wait… there is!
