The Rental Show that is, at the Orange County Convention center, February 10 -12.
If this is your first time attending – Welcome! And get ready because this show is one of the Top in the US, with over 650 Exhibitors and 19 hours of Trade Show time.
So – how do you make sure you accomplish everything you need to make the show a profitable one? It just takes a little advance planning. So, here are some suggestions:
- Pack comfortable shoes! With over 290,000 square feet of exhibit space, you’ll be on your feet for a long time.
- Since many vendors offer Show Only specials, prioritize what you need to accomplish. Are you looking to replenish your fleet? Evaluating rental business software? Decide which vendors you need to visit and download The Rental Show App. This little app will be a time saver! Not only can you search vendors by name or category, you can add them to “myExhibitors”, keeping you on track. Visit Apple’s App Store or Google Play today, download the free app and start your list.
Helpful tip – once on the show floor, you can bring up “myExhibitors” and click the Locate Booth button to quickly locate your destination!

- Now that you’ve created your list of exhibitors – make a list of questions to ask each so that you’re consistently evaluating products. Keep in mind that some vendors offer Show Only Specials that end on the 12th. If you’re not ready to decide at the show be sure to ask if there are any other promotions that might be offered.
